Location: Garden City, Georgia

Compensation: $18.00 per hour (Paid weekly)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:55 AM – 4:00 PM (Note: This position begins part-time but will transition into a full-time role down the road.)

Role Summary

DarkHorse Express Solutions Inc. is seeking a systematic, detail-oriented professional to manage essential office routines at our logistics center. This position handles the backbone of our daily tracking, documentation, and carrier communication. We are specifically looking for a candidate who is highly confident and proficient with Excel, as heavy data management is central to this role. If you catch errors quickly and love keeping digital workspaces organized, we want to hear from you.

Daily Tasks

• Spreadsheet Management: Build, maintain, and update daily log sheets and performance trackers using Microsoft Excel.

• Shipping Documentation: Prepare, double-check, and process Bills of Lading (BOLs) for outgoing freight.

• Information Routing: Track outbound transport data and ensure real-time shipment details are correctly logged.

• Team Communication: Act as a bridge to ensure clear communication between our warehouse floor and management.

• Record Keeping: Keep physical paperwork and cloud-based filing systems orderly and accessible.

• Quality Control: Audit entries against daily deadlines to ensure zero discrepancies in our data.

Required Skills & Experience

• Advanced Excel Comfort: Must be highly proficient with Excel and spreadsheet functions (sorting, filtering, and accurate data entry are daily requirements).

• Work History: Background in a clerical, administrative, or secretarial environment is preferred.

• Precision: Fast, flawless typing skills and an ability to spot clerical errors instantly.

• Adaptability: Comfortable working within a bustling, fast-paced logistics office environment.

• Reliability: Exceptional attendance history and a strict commitment to arriving on time.
