Meet BOB BOB is a free finance employee for businesses. Bob does the books, pays vendors, chases invoices, and answers any money question you throw at him. He works through regulated financial partners, with the controls and approvals needed to move real money safely. Our whole philosophy is that Bob is real. You report directly to the founder and own how the world meets Bob. We want a growth hacker who is a beast with quality marketing. Cutting-edge ideas, executed with taste. You’ll own: Paid media. Plan it, run it, and kill what doesn’t work. Content funnels that actually convert. Growth experiments on new channels before they become playbooks. Product launches, landing pages, lifecycle, and the path from attention to activation. The Bob brand. Everything you ship should feel like Bob. The numbers. Know what’s working, why it’s working, and what we should do next. You should be great with AI. But we’re not hiring for AI slop. Human touch, AI support. Who you are We hire for three things: You really care. You love the mission and it shows in the work. You have taste. You know amazing work from good enough, and you can’t ship good enough. High agency. You don’t wait for the perfect brief or somebody else to solve the problem. You figure it out and get shit done. You’re an original thinker and a hands-on maker—not someone waiting for an agency or a large team. You can take feedback without becoming consensus-driven, and you keep producing when the first version doesn’t land. You’ve grown something real before. Show us the campaign, funnel, channel, or product—not the strategy deck. Fintech, developer tools, or AI experience is a big plus. You’ll be marketing a product that touches real money through regulated financial partners, so judgment matters. The office In person at our Miami office on the Venetian Islands.
