Our North Little Rock location is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled accounting professional to join our team.

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Experienced Staff Accountant to support our daily accounting operations. The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business and a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience .

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Perform monthly bank and general ledger reconciliations
Process sold inventory paperwork and file accordingly
File manufacturer Co-Op claims accurately and timely
Prepare and post journal entries
Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Perform other accounting and administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (required)
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience (required)
3+ years of GAAP experience (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
In-person position (no remote work)

Compensation

$20.00 – $28.00 per hour, based on experience
