Medical Surgical Unit - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience worked in the last 4 months.

• Experience with Cerner is preferred.

• AS completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a California license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple locations

• Local & travel allowed.

• No current placement allowed at Program: FlexCare Partner Network Program - Adventist Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Tele experience required.

Preferred Credentials: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.

Unit Details: Cares for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Includes blood product administration, IV therapy, care and maintenance of indwelling catheters and drains, epidural management, acute post-op wound care, and vascular patency assessment. Uses glucose meters, IV pumps, PCA machines, and Omnicell.

Shift & Scheduling: No call. Weekend coverage required.

Floating Requirements: May be required to float to Adventist Health locations within 30 miles.
