Responsibilities: Enter and post transactions utilizing knowledge of debits and credits by reconciling bank statements Enter account statements to reconcile accounts Prepare payroll tax returns on a quarterly and annual basis Compute and record numerical data Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Quick Books May require a small amount of travel in the Greater Houston area Perform other accounting tasks, as needed and/or assigned Develop relationships with clients and client employees Qualifications/Education/Experience: Previous experience with QB Online and Desktop a must Detail oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to prioritize and multitask Collaborative attitude working in a team environment while also being able to self-direct work load and work alone to get the job done Excellent and clear communication skills Bachelor or Associate degree preferred, major in Accounting preferred 5+ years of CPA firm or Bookkeeping firm experience Success Factors at Mohle Adams: Persistence and Dedication Strong analytical/problem solving skills Good team player Dedicated to personal growth and professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr
