Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations, ensuring adherence to best practices in mental healthcare.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, utilizing electronic health record systems to enhance communication and care coordination.

• Engage in collaborative treatment approaches with other clinicians and case managers, ensuring that clients receive holistic care across various service lines.

The clients you serve will encompass a wide range of ages and backgrounds, including individuals seeking therapy for emotional distress, families facing substance use challenges, and clients recovering from brain injuries. Your expertise will be essential in delivering therapeutic interventions that guide clients towards healing and improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field is required; however, a Master’s or Doctorate degree is preferred.

• A valid LMHC license issued by the state of Washington is a must.

Compensation and Benefits\n
