responsibilities:

• Lead logistics strategy during the Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) phase, drafting logistics scope narratives, commercial qualifications, and competitive tender responses.

• Develop preliminary multimodal transport concepts (heavy haul, breakbulk, rail, ocean) and prepare budgetary cost estimates using market intelligence and carrier quotes.

• Conduct route assessments and evaluate equipment drawings to identify infrastructure constraints, permitting needs, and project execution risks.

• Drive value engineering initiatives by identifying cost-saving transportation alternatives while establishing clear delivery assumptions and exclusions.

• Partner closely with Sales, Tendering, Engineering, and Procurement to seamlessly transition awarded logistics plans from proposal stage to project execution teams.
