Create Personalized Therapy Plans: Assess patient needs and design tailored treatment strategies to help them reach their functional aspirations

Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply research-based interventions to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living activities

Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with fellow OTRs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive, integrated care

Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families on strategies to foster continued progress and independence at home

Track Treatment Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to therapy plans, ensuring patients continue on their recovery journey

M.S. in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution

Continuing education or postgraduate certifications welcomed and supported

Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license

NBCOT certification mandatory

A genuine passion for supporting individuals in achieving their highest possible level of independence

Effective, compassionate communication with both patients and team members
