Quality Control Coordinator

What You'll Do Investigate customer-reported product and quality issues Serve as the main point of contact between customers, operations, engineering, and quality teams Track and manage quality-related tickets and escalations Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to resolve concerns Conduct product inspections and troubleshoot issues Assist with basic product repairs and evaluations when needed Communicate solutions clearly through email, phone, and in-person discussions Help identify trends and recommend process improvements What We're Looking For 1-5 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, Customer Service, or Product Support Experience working with physical products preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to investigate issues and think critically Comfortable in both an office and hands-on environment Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn $65,000-$95,000 Base Salary (commensurate on experience, annual reviews and raises) 401(k) Plan Paid Time Off & Holidays Mentorship and Training Stable, Growing Company Opportunity to Build a Career in Quality & Operations Ideal for candidates coming from: Quality Control Customer Service in Manufacturing Operations Coordination Production Support Product Support / Technical Support Manufacturing Administration Interested?
