Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to inform mental health diagnoses, and collaboratively create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to their needs.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions, including telehealth appointments.
\n
• Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive communication with clients and their families, reinforcing trust and rapport.
\n
• Utilize innovative and evidence-based interventions to help clients set and achieve their mental health goals.
\n
• Ensure meticulous documentation of each therapy session, adhering to company policies on treatment plans, diagnosis updates, and case notes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and medical personnel, to coordinate care for clients effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our approach is rooted in a strong understanding of family dynamics and the impact of systemic issues on mental health. You will thus engage with clients from varied backgrounds and will be equipped to address their unique experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• Active and current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Maryland.

• Strong foundational knowledge of family therapy services, alongside a comfort with fee collection practices during service delivery.
\n
• Experience in preparing and documenting Diagnostic Assessments (DAs), treatment plans, and clinical case notes in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Ability to demonstrate effective communication skills, both written and verbal, while maintaining appropriate client boundaries in all interactions.

• Comfortable working in a culturally diverse environment and capable of adapting practices to the needs of different client populations.

• Must be willing to undergo a thorough background check prior to employment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a community health or outpatient setting can be an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Our compensation model includes:
