Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand client needs, histories, and treatment goals.

• Obtain detailed patient histories through thoughtful interviews and active listening.

• Provide effective individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities including structural, strategic, systems, narrative, and communication therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each client, regularly adjusting as necessary based on client progress.

• Document patient progress succinctly and accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring all relevant information is accessible for ongoing assessment and treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise in psychoeducation and relationship counseling will be crucial in addressing challenges such as communication barriers, conflict resolution, and emotional distress. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) or a closely related field is required.

• Current and valid MFT license to practice therapy within the state of Maryland.

• Minimum of one year of clinical experience post-licensure is preferred, ensuring a solid foundation in therapy practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
