Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will involve:

• Conducting intake assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for couples and families.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, including conducting individual sessions as needed to address personal issues.

• Specializing in various issues such as alcohol abuse, grief, conflicts among family members, and communication difficulties.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.

• Participating in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and therapeutic methods.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will center around diverse client populations, including individuals, couples, and families facing challenges such as:

• Alcohol Abuse

• Physical and Psychological Abuse
\n
• Grief and Loss Issues
\n
• Family Conflicts, including sibling disputes and cut-offs
\n
• Job-Related Stress and Medical Issues

• Adjustments to Divorce and Separation

• Communication Difficulties between family members, including mother/daughter conflicts

• Challenges specific to blended families and remarriage

You will be a vital resource in helping these clients navigate complex emotional landscapes and improve their interpersonal relationships.\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services to couples and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our compensation package includes:
