Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Fusion Wellness Center, you will play a crucial role in the therapeutic process, engaging with clients to facilitate their mental health journey. Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that clients' information is safeguarded while supporting their care continuity.
