Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and document administration in the chart per policy
• Monitor patient status with regular vital signs, assessments, and timely reporting to the RN
• Provide daily living assistance and support to residents, including mobility, hygiene, and comfort
• Perform wound care, wound dressing changes, and basic nursing procedures within scope of practice
• Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant documentation; adhere to care plans and facility policies
• Respond to patient needs and call lights promptly; participate in interdisciplinary team communication and rounding

Requirements

• Local candidate in the Albuquerque, NM area
• Ability to work 3x12-hour day shifts
• Comfortable working in a long-term care / skilled nursing setting
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred
