AI Product Manager

Develop and execute GenAI-powered product roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives Collaborate with business, engineering, research, data science, IT, and design teams Provide product roadmap input alongside the Portfolio Manager Ensure robust AI solutions through technical collaboration and verification methods Understand and address user needs to deliver exceptional AI application experiences Coordinate GenAI applications across GE Vernova to drive operational improvements and innovation Use data analytics to measure product performance Define and monitor metrics and KPIs for AI initiatives Monitor product performance after launch Gather user feedback and iterate on product features Oversee integration of GenAI products from third-party software suppliers Determine the best technology fit for third-party solutions Support GE Vernova’s mission of electrifying and decarbonizing the energy system Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 10+ years of relevant experience Ability to integrate business strategy with technical initiatives Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and projects Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and occasionally C-Suite executives Experience building and deploying AI applications Analytical skills to identify and solve risks and challenges Technical proficiency and a data-driven mindset Must be willing to work out of an office located in Niskayuna, NY or Cambridge, MA Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in developing and executing GenAI-powered product roadmaps while integrating business strategy with technical initiatives.
