What You'll Do

As a professional in this role, you'll own and grow customer relationships throughout your assigned territory while identifying new opportunities for aftermarket services and technical solutions.

You'll:

• Develop long-term partnerships with industrial customers throughout your region
• Identify and close new business opportunities including repairs, upgrades, spare parts, field services, and maintenance agreements
• Serve as the primary commercial and technical resource for your customers
• Conduct customer site visits to evaluate equipment, understand operational needs, and recommend value-driven solutions
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Proposal Management, and Field Service teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Represent us at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows while expanding our market presence

What We're Looking For

We're seeking professionals who combine technical aptitude with a passion for developing lasting customer relationships.

Ideal candidates will have:

• 35 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, business development, field service, or account management
• Experience supporting industrial equipment, rotating equipment, pumps, compressors, cryogenic systems, LNG, industrial gases, or related technologies
• A proven ability to develop new business while growing existing customer accounts
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce
• The ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into customer value

Travel & Territory

This is a highly customer-facing role designed for someone who enjoys being in the field.

• Approximately 4070% overnight regional travel domestically
• Monthly $600 vehicle allowance provided
