We're looking for an organized, dependable Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team! If you have experience with healthcare staffing or scheduling and enjoy keeping things organized in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Create and maintain nursing staff schedules
Coordinate staffing for RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
Monitor call-outs, open shifts, and staffing needs
Assist with filling open shifts and communicating schedule changes
Work closely with the Administrator, DON, HR, and department leaders
Maintain accurate staffing and scheduling records
Review timekeeping and report discrepancies
Help ensure the facility is appropriately staffed for resident needs

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED required
Healthcare staffing or scheduling experience preferred
Skilled nursing experience preferred
CNA certification preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
