Project ManagerEstablished General Contractor focused in Palm Beach County on luxury residential (ground up and renovation) as well as high-end commercial.Job DescriptionProject LeadershipManage luxury residential projects from inception through completion.Lead all phases of construction, including preconstruction, permitting, procurement, construction, and project closeout.Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and execution plans.Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Proactively identify and resolve challenges before they impact project performance.Client & Team ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for homeowners, architects, interior designers, and consultants.Build trusted relationships with discerning clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.Lead project meetings and provide regular updates regarding budget, schedule, and progress.Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field staff to maintain seamless project execution.Financial ManagementDevelop and manage project budgets and forecasts.Monitor job costs, change orders, allowances, and owner selections.Review subcontractor proposals, contracts, and payment applications.Ensure financial objectives and profitability goals are achieved.Preconstruction & ProcurementParticipate in budgeting and value engineering efforts during design development.Review plans and specifications for constructability.Coordinate procurement of long-lead materials and specialty finishes.Assist in subcontractor selection and contract negotiations.Quality & CraftsmanshipMaintain exceptional quality standards throughout every phase of construction.Oversee inspections and ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and local building requirements.Coordinate punch-list completion and project turnover.Ensure all work reflects the level of craftsmanship expected in luxury residential construction.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
