Job Description

The Project Manager works closely with our clients to understand their business needs and utilize our guidance and technologies to create unique client solutions and services. Serve as the client’s relationship manager and point of contact from initial sale through onboarding and ongoing support.

 

Responsibilities

• Create an internal support structure for the specific Client Program.
• Act as the main point of contact and provide support for the client project.
• Work with internal teams to gather requirements and drive deliverables and services for clients.
• Create project plans and timelines in conjunction with external clients and internal managers.
• Work with functional managers to schedule resource assignments.
• Produce project documentation and conduct weekly or as-needed review meetings for all projects.
• Track and report progress against the timelines in the project plans.
• Utilize internal systems for the management, tracking, and execution of projects.
• Work with Sales to support sales initiatives.
• Ensure all deadlines are met, all client communications are accurate and timely, and all projects are completed on budget, on spec and on brand.
• Adhere to Sandy Alexander’s quality and environmental policies, procedures, goals, and objectives and comply with all safety and work rules when performing duties.
• Complete and maintain all required checklists, paperwork, records, documents, etc., and maintain departmental housekeeping standards.

 

Skills and Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in successful project management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead meetings with client representatives and internal team members.
• Proven ability to create collaborative working environments.
• Ability to coordinate deliverables in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience with web-based project management and collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in the Print Industry preferred.
