Project Coordinator

PROJECT COORDINATOR IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN IN-PERSON POSITION This is a full-time, on-site position at our office in Maple Grove, Minnesota. This position is not remote or hybrid. Are you the person who keeps everything and everyone moving? You love organization. You notice when something is missing. You follow up without being asked. And there may be nothing more satisfying than taking a project with a million moving pieces and keeping it on track from beginning to end. At Restoration Network, our Project Coordinators are at the center of the customer experience and the project workflow. You’ll work alongside our Project Managers, field teams, insurance partners, and homeowners to make sure communication is happening, documentation is complete, deadlines aren't slipping, and nothing gets lost in the shuffle. This isn't a position where you wait for someone to tell you what to do next. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, asks questions, follows through, and genuinely enjoys bringing order to a fast-moving environment. YOU'LL PROBABLY LOVE THIS JOB IF... You live by your calendar, lists, reminders, and checkboxes. You notice the one missing document that everyone else overlooked. You don't assume something got done; you verify it. You're comfortable picking up the phone and having conversations with customers, insurance representatives, and team members. You can manage multiple projects without losing track of the details. When something isn't moving, your instinct is to figure out why and what needs to happen next. You believe great customer service means proactive communication, not waiting for someone to call wondering what's happening. You can hold people accountable while still maintaining great working relationships. You like improving systems and finding a better way to do things. COMPENSATION $50,000–$60,000 annually, depending on experience We are willing to invest toward the upper end of the range for someone who brings relevant restoration, insurance/TPA, DASH, or strong project coordination experience.
