About the Opportunity

We are working with a well-funded FinTech startup that is growing fast by bringing modern finance automation to traditional B2B industries like manufacturing and industrials, where much of the work is still done by hand. With backing from leading venture investors, they are adding a driven Business Development Representative to generate demand and fill the sales pipeline.

You will join as one of the first people on this team, which means you will shape how their go-to-market engine runs from day one. We back this expectation with an $85,000 Base and a $115,000 OTE. Key Responsibilities

• Power the Outbound Motion: Run high-volume outreach every day (120+ calls and 40+ personalized emails) to qualify prospects and create new pipeline.
\n
• Lead the First Conversation: Run discovery calls and deliver product presentations built around each prospect's real business challenges.
\n
• Own Your Pipeline: Keep a clean, accurate pipeline in a modern CRM like HubSpot so forecasts are reliable.
\n
• Open New Accounts: Build account plans that grow revenue across mid-market companies, and represent the brand at industry events.
\n
• Shape the Message: Share what you hear on the front lines with product and marketing to sharpen positioning and strategy.
