Senior Sales Representative

Position Summary:

The Senior Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of elevator maintenance contracts, repairs, modernization projects, and consulting services throughout the South Florida market. This role focuses on developing new business, maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying opportunities within commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality, educational, and government facilities.

We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional with experience in the elevator industry, strong knowledge of vertical transportation systems, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities for elevator maintenance, repair, and modernization services.
• Prospect property managers, condominium associations, facility directors, building owners, and developers.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline within the assigned territory.
• Conduct customer site visits to identify equipment deficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Attend industry networking events, trade shows, and association meetings.

Sales Management:

• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing within company guidelines.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Manage opportunities through the CRM (Monday) system and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
• Conduct account reviews and provide strategic recommendations.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service concerns.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and contract retention efforts.
• Perform elevator equipment evaluations and surveys.
• Identify repair and modernization opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on complex projects.
• Monitor competitive activity and market trends.
• Develop strategies to increase market share.
• Identify emerging opportunities within the South Florida market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years of elevator industry, construction, building services, or related technical sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout South Florida.

Preferred:

• Existing relationships with property management companies, condominium associations, and commercial building owners.
• Experience with CRM platforms
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
