Key Responsibilities\n

• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders, focusing on both individual and relational dynamics.

• Create tailored treatment plans that align with each patient's unique needs, ensuring responsiveness to their circumstances and progress.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions with clients, offering a space for individuals and families to share their experiences, facilitating dialogue, and providing crucial feedback.

• Continuously assess patient progress through structured assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize care.

• Engage in communication with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and refer clients to additional specialists when required.

• Lead both individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities that foster personal growth and relational healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele ranges from individuals experiencing anxiety or depression to families dealing with relational issues or trauma. We also focus on clients facing addiction and co-occurring disorders, providing crucial support and interventions. As an LMFT at Empowered Hope Counseling, you will play a significant role in developing a trusting relationship with clients, giving them a space to work through their struggles and ultimately helping them make lasting changes in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and managing mental health conditions, particularly within a family and relational context.

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling is highly desirable.

• Understanding of evidence-based practices for substance use and co-occurring disorders.

• Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients toward positive change.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this LMFT position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, Empowered Hope Counseling offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
