Key Responsibilities\n

• You will conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients, crafting individualized treatment plans leveraging evidence-based methodologies and solution-focused interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Implement therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapted to the specific challenges faced by your clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards, ensuring the security and privacy of client information.

• Collaborate with a dedicated treatment team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to formulate and adjust treatment strategies aligned with client progress and preferences.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review sessions to foster a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality client care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available treatments, enhancing their understanding and engagement in the treatment process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is essential.

• An active professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to practice in California.
