This position is performed remotely with the option for in-person sessions at our outpatient office as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions for clients, employing an evidence-based therapeutic approach to address a wide range of mental health concerns.

• Specialize in child and family counseling, ensuring that clients meet the necessary medical criteria and adhere to the DSM-V guidelines.

• Design and facilitate psycho-educational groups and provide parenting classes that cater to the needs of our diverse client base, creating an engaging learning environment.

• Accurately complete all necessary client documentation, including case materials, program forms, and statistical data, to maintain a comprehensive client history.

• Timely completion of charting and reporting required for each client, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and optimal client care.

• Meet billing requirements by documenting a specified number of reimbursable therapy hours to support the financial health of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population is diverse, consisting of individuals and families from various backgrounds and with different mental health needs. You will work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and a range of behavioral health issues. Qualifications\n

• A completed Master’s degree in Social Work (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), or Professional Clinical Counseling (LPCC) is required for this role.

• Current Associate or Licensed status with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences is essential; candidates who are currently in the process of obtaining licensure will also be considered.

• Exceptional organizational skills and a proven capacity for self-motivation to manage day-to-day responsibilities effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
