You will be working onsite in our outpatient office, which features modern therapy rooms equipped with the latest rehabilitation technology. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients by utilizing various tests, such as range of motion, strength assessments, and functional evaluations to identify specific needs and tailor individualized treatment plans.
• Develop and implement specialized treatment plans based on assessment outcomes, patient goals, and physician recommendations, while continuously monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments.
• Deliver high-quality, hands-on patient care using a variety of physical therapy modalities, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
• Guide patients, families, and caregivers through comprehensive home exercise programs and self-care strategies to enhance recovery and prevent further injuries.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide expert consultation on physical function, rehabilitation strategies, potential risks, and necessary adaptive equipment.
• Supervise and mentor non-professional support personnel and therapy aides to ensure effective execution of treatment plans and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in orthopedic physical rehabilitation is required.
• Proven competency in manual therapy techniques and a strong ability to design and implement safe, effective exercise regimens for diverse patient populations.
• Clean and unblemished professional record with no disciplinary actions against your license.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in utilizing advanced treatment technologies and methodologies, such as aquatic therapy or instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, is a plus.
• Previous involvement in community outreach or patient education initiatives related to physical health will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 110,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
