In this role, you will manage and develop a team of Service Engineers while overseeing the delivery of field service, commissioning support, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, modernization, and customer support activities. You will play an important role in ensuring power system automation and communication solutions perform safely, reliably, and efficiently for utility, industrial, and infrastructure customers. Working closely with customers, service personnel, sales teams, and operational stakeholders, you will balance technical execution, resource planning, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.
