What You Will Do As the Real Estate Manager, you will own site acquisition for an assigned territory—from market analysis and site identification through executed purchase or lease agreements. You will partner closely with franchise owners and build broker networks that drive deal flow, serving as the primary real estate point of contact and ensuring development timelines stay on track.
