Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development and market expansion initiatives in the U.S., focusing on Utilities, EPC contractors, Data Centers, and industrial power infrastructure.

• Drive strategic sales opportunities across power transformers and electrical distribution solutions, including GSU Transformers, Pad-Mounted Transformers, Substation Transformers, and MV/LV Unit Substations.
\n
• Develop and strengthen relationships with key industry stakeholders, strategic accounts, and major project decision-makers.
\n
• Identify and secure high-value projects, develop long-term customer partnerships, and drive sustainable business growth.
\n
• Lead major commercial negotiations, competitive bidding, and contract discussions.
\n
• Collaborate with global engineering, manufacturing, and leadership teams to develop competitive solutions and support U.S. market growth.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
\n
• 8+ years of sales, business development, or key account management experience in the U.S. power equipment industry.
\n
• Strong experience in power transformers, substations, or electrical distribution equipment.
\n
• Established industry relationships with U.S. Utilities, EPC contractors, or Data Center customers.
\n
• Proven ability to develop strategic accounts, secure major projects, and drive revenue growth.
\n
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and understanding of the U.S. power infrastructure market.
\n
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable operating independently in a growing international business environment.
