Business Developer Manager (German speaking)

Job purpose

Currently we’re looking for a results-driven Business Developer with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects based in Germany and across EU. In this role, you will actively visit customers , develop partnerships , and identify new business opportunities to accelerate our growth. If you love turning opportunities into successful deals and enjoy working closely with clients to understand their needs, we want you on our team!

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Relevant experience, minimum 4 years in B2B sales
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent knowledge of English and German language
  • Familiarity with CRM practices
  • Driving license
  • Availability for travelling abroad

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining existing clientele
  • Development of the existing customer base based on the objectives of the commercial department according to the company's strategy
  • Expansion of the clientele / creation of new accounts
  • Finding new markets
  • Recording and continuous updating of the market situation
  • Negotiation and participation in the drafting of contracts with clients
  • Close communication with customers / excellent knowledge of each country's market
  • Customer support, offers and order documentation
  • Ensuring the progress of the order based on time and customer requirements
  • Follow up of technical requests
  • Preparation of exports reports
  • Representation of the company in exhibitions

Personal Characteristics

  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills

  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

  • Ability to build productive business relationships

  • Openness to feedback
