If you have 3+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney, we want to talk to you!
What you will do:
- Manage a robust caseload of personal injury matters from initial litigation through trial
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda with precision and strategic insight
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Prepare and respond to written discovery requests
- Lead motions practice and participate in jury trials
- Supervise a dedicated fulltime paralegal or case manager, collaborating closely on case strategy and daily progress
What you need:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Personal Injury Litigation (auto accident litigation strongly preferred)
- Juris Doctor and active Colorado Bar License
- Proficiency in drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, managing discovery, handling motions, and
- taking cases through trial
- Strong advocacy skills, client focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively within a
- fast paced, team oriented environment.
