Regent Santa Monica Beach, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, seeks an Executive Sous Chef to lead culinary teams across high‑volume luxury F&B operations. You will coordinate chefs, supervisors, and service staff to uphold Regent standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences. In collaboration with the Executive Chef, you’ll drive menu development, food cost control, and training.
