We are seeking a Director of Catering Sales to lead our property’s catering sales efforts. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, this is a hands‑on sales leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys developing business, building client relationships, coaching a team, and turning sales strategy into measurable results. A track record of achieving catering, event, or food & beverage revenue goals. Experience leading, coaching, and developing sales professionals. Strong commercial instincts, including an understanding of forecasting, pace, pricing, contracts, and revenue optimization. Strong client relationship, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. An understanding of complex hotel events and the operational partnership required to execute them successfully.
