You will be working in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility that emphasizes collaboration among healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify the physical conditions, limitations, and goals of each patient.
• Manage a focused caseload, typically treating one patient per hour, to ensure personalized and effective care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that include modalities, exercises, and rehabilitation protocols tailored to each patient's needs.
• Utilize evidence-based approaches to enhance mobility, functional independence, and overall health through therapeutic interventions.
• Encourage active patient engagement in their recovery process by providing motivational support and clear health education.
• Implement alternative methods to reduce reliance on medications, advocating for non-invasive options whenever possible.
• Document all patient interactions and progress meticulously within our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, specifically WebPT.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare practitioners to facilitate holistic patient care.
• Regularly assess treatment outcomes and modify plans based on patient feedback and progress evaluations.
• Promote fitness and wellness by designing tailored programs that enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with orthopedic patients in an outpatient setting, including individuals recovering from surgery, injuries, or chronic pain. Our diverse clientele includes young athletes, working professionals, and senior adults, each requiring specific care approaches to achieve optimal rehabilitation outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Master's or Doctorate (DPT) is preferred.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A solid professional record with no history of disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a strong understanding of therapeutic exercises.
• Experience with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, is highly advantageous.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient facility is highly recommended.
• A track record of successful patient outcomes based on innovative therapy techniques.
• A keen understanding of current best practices in physical therapy and rehabilitation methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 120,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
