Work Environment

As part of a vibrant team comprised of two physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA), you will collaborate closely with your colleagues to ensure comprehensive care for each patient. Key Responsibilities

• Assess and identify patients' goals and physical therapy needs through comprehensive evaluations and ongoing assessments.
• Manage a focused caseload, typically handling one patient per hour, to provide personalized therapeutic care and treatment.
• Design and implement customized rehabilitation programs that cater to individual patient requirements while aligning with best practice standards.
• Utilize various treatment modalities—including manual therapy techniques and exercise regimens—to enhance patients' physical capabilities.
• Empower patients by motivating them throughout their treatment journey, helping them to achieve their personal goals.
• Conduct regular treatment outcome evaluations, meticulously monitor patient progress, and maintain clear and concise documentation of all therapies and interventions.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans that integrate medical advice, therapy services, and wellness initiatives.
• Encourage patients to adopt healthy lifestyles by enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of current physical therapy practices and advancements in treatment methods.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role focuses primarily on orthopedic patients, including individuals recovering from surgery, injuries, or chronic conditions affecting their musculoskeletal systems. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with a diverse patient demographic, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A clean professional record with no history of license-related disciplinary actions.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and effective exercise protocol design.
• Competence in using electronic medical record (EMR) software, particularly WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability in developing individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Experience with facilitating multidisciplinary collaboration for holistic patient care.

Compensation and Benefits

Rehab Innovate PT Clinic offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
