We're seeking two experienced Special Education Teachers for a contract role based within a single campus, offering the chance to work in well-resourced classrooms and make a lasting difference.

Your assignment will run from August 24, 2026, through June 7, 2027, at 37.5 hours per week. The positions support students with varied and complex needs: one teacher will lead a classroom for students with multiple disabilities—primarily non-verbal and may include autism and physical impairments—with a caseload of 9-12 pupils. The second role serves a class of 10-15 students with emotional disabilities, focusing on social-emotional growth, implementing behavioral intervention plans (BIPs), and providing crisis intervention when necessary.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid credentials and licensure to teach Special Education in Ohio
• Experience working with students with multiple disabilities, autism, and physical impairments desirable for MD classroom
• Background supporting students with emotional disturbances and knowledge of BIPs and related strategies for ED classroom
• Strong classroom management skills and adaptability to a variety of student needs
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work well with paraprofessionals, service providers, and families
