Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Familiarity with managing and documenting IEPs, collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication, organization, and classroom management abilities.
• Flexibility and compassion to support a diverse group of learners.
• Preference for candidates with a passion for working with young children in inclusive settings.

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted special education services tailored to preschoolers’ unique needs.
• Develop and manage IEPs in partnership with families and school teams.
