Cadenhead Commercial LLC is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Commercial Drywall Estimator & Project Manager to join our growing team in Caddo Mills, TX. This is a dynamic dual-role opportunity where you'll play a critical part in winning new business and delivering projects with excellence from start to finish. If you thrive in a fast-paced construction environment and love seeing projects come to life, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and competitive bids and cost estimates for commercial drywall projects
- Review blueprints, specifications, and project documents to develop detailed takeoffs
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination from pre-construction through closeout
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, and field crews
- Monitor job site progress to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Procure materials and negotiate pricing with suppliers and vendors
- Identify and mitigate project risks, change orders, and scope of work
- 3+ years of experience in commercial drywall estimating and/or project management
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting commercial construction blueprints and specifications
- Experience with estimating software and project management tools. OST and Quickbid is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of drywall systems, metal framing, and commercial interior construction
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
