See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality : Position Overview BBG (Brunswick Boat Group), a division of Brunswick Corporation, is looking to recruit a highly energized IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM). BBG features many of the most recognizable brands (Sea Ray, Boston Whaler, Lund, etc.) in the recreational boat industry and leads the way in innovation, technology, and consumer satisfaction. The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) will serve as a valued member of the IT Business Alignment team, and will contribute/connect to our Brunswick Enterprise IT functional teams. They provide thought leadership on industry trends and innovation opportunities within their respective business areas, and as appropriate, turn these into IT projects that deliver future capabilities. The role ensures strategic and tactical alignment between our business organization (functional areas) and the IT organization. The BRM will help act as the primary point of contact for their respective business partners for the intake of new IT capability requests, the escalation for issues in current capabilities, IT-related budgeting, and the achievement of mutual IT and business-related goals. The BRM is the IT planning lead for their business partner(s) and along with the respective Functional Area Manager is the conduit through which business priorities and needs are communicated and incorporated within the overall IT & PMO plans.
