Support Engineer - Confluent Kafka

Job Description The Messaging Administrator (Contractor) provides operational, technical, and platform support for enterprise messaging technologies across IBM MQ, Confluent Kafka, IBM Integration Bus (IIB), and TIBCO. This role is part of the Messaging Production Support Team and is primarily focused on Confluent Kafka administration, while also contributing to support for IBM MQ and TIBCO platforms as needed. The administrator will ensure stability, reliability, and high performance of messaging environments running across Linux Windows. Responsibilities include installing, troubleshooting, configuring, supporting Confluent Kafka.
