We’re looking for a Human Resources Coordinator who is excited to support people, strengthen culture, and gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of HR. In this role, you’ll partner with the HR Manager to support recruiting, onboarding, training and development, compliance, employee engagement, performance review coordination, and more. You’ll also help keep HR processes accurate, organized, and up to date while looking for opportunities to improve the way we work.

Preference will be given to applicants in the Minneapolis-St. Paul cities, including surrounding suburbs, for future in-office meetings and collaboration.

A reasonable estimate of the compensation range is $26.44 - $33.65/hour. Actual compensation is determined by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant mobility experience, qualifications, certifications and licensures, skills, and geographic location.
