Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and engagement. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, and participate in virtual meetings to enhance team communication and treatment effectiveness. Work hours are primarily Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility as needed to accommodate client schedules.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical evaluations and assessments to identify client needs, developing customized treatment plans based on evidence-based techniques.

• Utilize recognized therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to deliver tailored interventions that promote healing and growth.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring all client information is securely handled.

• Engage in regular team meetings and case consultations to discuss client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, ensuring holistic care.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families, helping them understand mental health issues and treatment options available in the community.

• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health to continually enhance the quality of care offered to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with diverse populations experiencing various mental health challenges, including trauma, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and more. It is essential to approach each client with empathy, actively listening to their unique concerns and providing culturally competent care to meet their individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• A valid license in the state of Texas to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is essential.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to navigate complex client situations and develop actionable treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is a Master's degree and relevant licensure, candidates with at least two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, particularly in community health settings, will be preferred. Experience in telehealth practices is a significant advantage, as our model emphasizes remote service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
