SNWBYTE Healthcare LLC is seeking a qualified Physician (MD/DO) to provide part-time, temporary/relief physician services at the Veterans Home of California – West Los Angeles .

The physician will provide direct medical care to veteran residents in a skilled nursing and residential care environment. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating residents, managing acute and chronic medical conditions, conducting admissions and medical assessments, developing and monitoring treatment plans, providing medical consultation, reviewing referrals, and coordinating care with nursing staff, nurse practitioners, and other members of the healthcare team.

The physician will support continuity of care and resident safety by responding to urgent medical concerns, participating in care planning and clinical meetings, maintaining timely and accurate medical documentation, and communicating effectively with facility staff regarding resident needs. The position may also involve providing clinical guidance related to resident care, medical policies, and quality of care.

Position Details:

• Part-time, temporary/relief position
• Approximately 50 hours per month
• On-site in West Los Angeles
• Schedule based on the operational needs of the Veterans Home
• Services provided to veteran residents
• Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine

Qualifications:

• MD or DO
• Current, valid California physician license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Minimum of 12 continuous months of recent experience providing similar medical services
• Experience with adult and geriatric patients preferred
• VA or veteran healthcare experience highly valued

Selected physicians must successfully complete required credentialing, background clearance, health clearance, and facility orientation before providing services.
