Job Summary The HR Coordinator plays a key role in supporting employee experience programs and HR operations across the organization. This position coordinates onboarding activities, company meetings and events, learning and development programs, and day-to-day HR administrative processes. The coordinator partners closely with employees, leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure programs are executed efficiently and employees have a positive experience throughout their journey at SiTime. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders. Responsibilities: Employee Experience & Program Coordination Support the delivery of employee experience programs, onboarding activities, and company-wide events Coordinate logistics, communications, scheduling, and materials for employee and leadership programs Partner with leaders and stakeholders to ensure programs are executed smoothly and effectively Learning & Development Support Coordinate training programs, workshops, and development initiatives Manage program logistics, communications, and tracking of participation and outcomes Support the successful delivery of learning experiences for employees and managers Project & Team Support Provide coordination and administrative support for HR projects and initiatives Partner across functions to ensure timely execution of deliverables and follow-up activities Support ad hoc projects and evolving business needs as they arise Qualifications & Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in HR coordination, HR operations, program coordination, or administrative support Strong organizational, project coordination, and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Experience working with HR systems, Microsoft Office applications, and collaboration tools Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position. We offer a comprehensive and highly competitive compensation package designed to attract top talent. The annual base salary range for this role is $66,600 - $87,890 . The final offer is determined by factors such as location, experience, education, and training. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a quarterly bonus tied to the achievement of innovation goals—reflecting our commitment to recognizing meaningful impact.
