Latitude AI (lat.ai) is building the future of Ford’s autonomy roadmap to make travel safer, less stressful, and more enjoyable for everyone. Latitude is headquartered in Pittsburgh with engineering centers in Dearborn, Mich., and Palo Alto, Calif.Meet the team:You will join a small but highly effective project/program management team responsible for managing complex IT technology and Operations projects and programs. This role requires someone that can work independently and collaborate with disparate project teams to complete critical projects that support Latitude AI’s mission and goals. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, and strong communication and leadership skills. What you’ll do: Successfully manage multiple small to large sized projects concurrently, throughout the full project life cycle, utilizing our standard PMO workflows, processes and templates Drive project success with stakeholders to achieve the agreed upon outcome and objectives. Identify roadblocks and obstacles and work with the appropriate stakeholders to address themWork with project stakeholders to align on project scope, timeline and deliverablesPrioritize workloads and tasks on assigned projects to maximize efficiency and use of limited team resourcesProactively identify risks and opportunities, as they relate to assigned projects and programs. Actively identify and pursue risk mitigation opportunitiesReport project status and updates to leadership and appropriate stakeholdersEscalate to leadership and the appropriate stakeholders as needed during all phases of assigned projects and programsWork with both internal and external/vendor stakeholders as required to complete projectsUtilize standard project management tools and templatesLead efforts to refine and improve project management workflows / processesGuide project team members through our standard PMO workflows and processesNegotiate with stakeholder groups as required on resource assignments to support project completionWhat you'll need to succeed:Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in related field (business, project management, Information Technology) or 4+ years of project/program management work experience in a business or IT environmentTechnical SkillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience working with both internal and external customers/vendors desiredSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsAbility to prioritize work tasks across multiple projects and initiativesExperience using project tracking tools (Atlassian Jira or equivalent)PreferredCertified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or other project management related certificationsExperience working with external customers in a professional or managed services delivery environmentLearn more about Latitude’s team, mission and career opportunities at lat.ai! #LI-NC1We are an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a culturally diverse workforce.
