Business Development Representative Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $25.50 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:00pm )
- Conduct 60+ daily outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified meetings.
- Research enterprise accounts and engage director-level and C-suite decision-makers.
- Identify key stakeholders, build relationships, uncover business needs, and handle objections.
- Develop account strategies to connect with multiple decision-makers across business units.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track prospecting activity, and collaborate with sales leadership to improve results.
Business Development Representative Qualifications:
- 2+ years of outbound B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in technology or SaaS.
- Proven success generating qualified meetings through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Strong communication, prospecting, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging senior decision-makers.
- Ability to research complex accounts, identify key stakeholders, manage 60+ daily outbound calls, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Fully remote position open to U.S.-based candidates; experience in enterprise technology, manufacturing, retail, or Fortune 500 accounts is a plus but not required.
