As an Assembler, you’ll help build products that support reliable industrial manufacturing and steady production performance. At Coperion, a Hillenbrand company, in Kansas City, Missouri, you’ll contribute to safe, consistent work that supports long-term operational excellence. We design and build equipment and systems used in industrial manufacturing environments. Your work will help us produce quality outcomes that matter over time.Location: Kansas City, MissouriSchedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Set up and operate assembly line machinery and equipment by following standard work and safety requirements to support efficient, consistent production.Assemble and sub-assemble components with hand tools, power tools, jigs, and fixtures according to build requirements and quality standards.Perform industrial sandblasting by using approved methods, protective equipment, and established procedures to prepare parts for the next stage of production.Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts to required tolerances so finished products will perform as intended.Move, sort, and pack raw materials and finished goods with care and accuracy to keep work flowing and materials organized.Inspect products during production, identify defects, and rework or remove nonconforming items to maintain quality and reduce waste.Complete daily production records, maintain an orderly work area, and support process improvements that strengthen safety, quality, and output.TEAM:You’ll work with our Manufacturing Operations team to keep production moving safely, efficiently, and with respect for the people around you. You’ll collaborate with others to solve problems, share ideas, and support a workplace where everyone can contribute and feel included.
