Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Officer in a dynamic retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming atmosphere through strong customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.69 / Hour Job Schedule: Saturday: 09:30 AM - 01:30 PM Sunday: 09:30 AM - 01:30 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access guidance, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout storefront areas, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support site policies, report suspicious behavior, and/or assist with crowd flow during busy periods. Complete routine reports and activity logs, noting incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or policy-related issues for follow-up by site leadership. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
