Service Sales Consultant - Account Manager

- # Service Sales ConsultantPostulerlocations: Dallas TXtime type: Temps pleinposted on: Offre publiée aujourd'huijob requisition id: R0660528Gestion de la relation client • Crée et entretient de manière proactive les relations clients dans son domaine de responsabilité. • Assume la responsabilité du développement de la position de KONE vis-à-vis de sa clientèle ou de son marché. • Crée et transmet les leads et opportunités commerciales pour l'ensemble de l'équipe de vente KONE (par ex. vente croisée). • Veille à la satisfaction des clients et résout les réclamations avec le reste de l'équipe KONE. • Documente les informations et coordonnées des clients et met à jour les données. Vente • Veille à ce que les leads, les opportunités commerciales, les commandes et les contrats respectent le budget commercial et les objectifs tarifaires. • Confirme que le contenu de la commande reçue du client est conforme au résultat de la négociation, y compris aux conditions générales, à la qualité et à la sécurité. • Assume la responsabilité de la passation à l'installation, l'entretien et/ou l'ingénierie avec des informations exactes et complètes. • Documente de manière exhaustive les opportunités commerciales, les tâches entreprises et les visites effectuées. • Effectue un reporting précis dans les délais impartis. • Apporte son aide au service financier pour le recouvrement.Chez KONE, nous nous attachons à créer une culture de travail innovante et collaborative, dans laquelle nous valorisons la contribution de chaque individu.
