Assistant Project Manager / IT Project Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated entry-level IT Project Coordinator to support IT & Services (IT&S) leadership in planning, coordinating, and executing technology projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist IT&S leadership with project planning, coordination, and execution to support organizational objectives and strategic initiatives.
- Create, maintain, organize, and archive project-related documentation in accordance with established standards.
- Follow the Project Lifecycle (PLC) process and guidelines to support successful project delivery.
- Document project dependencies, constraints, benefits, and risks to help identify potential impacts across enterprise-wide initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience in IT project coordination, project administration, business operations, or a related area.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
